By accessing or making a purchase from the EssenceSMP Store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before proceeding.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All items sold on the EssenceSMP Store are digital goods (such as ranks, perks, or in-game items).
These items hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged outside of the server.

EssenceSMP reserves the right to:

  • Modify, remove, or rebalance any in-game item or rank at any time
  • Update perks to maintain fairness and server balance

3. PAYMENTS

All payments are securely processed through third-party providers (such as PayPal or card processors).

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • All provided billing information is accurate

Fraudulent transactions will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.

4. DELIVERY POLICY

Purchases are typically delivered instantly or within 1–20 minutes after payment.

If your purchase is not received:

  • Contact staff via Discord
  • Or submit a support ticket with proof of purchase

Failure to provide valid proof may delay or prevent support resolution.

5. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You will not request a chargeback or dispute
  • You understand the nature of digital goods

Any attempt to reverse a payment (chargeback, dispute, etc.) will result in:

  • Permanent and irreversible ban from EssenceSMP
  • Possible restriction from affiliated servers

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for your Minecraft account, including:

  • Any purchases made on your account
  • Keeping your account secure

EssenceSMP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised accounts.

7. SERVER RULES

All purchases are subject to the server’s rules. Purchasing items does not grant immunity from punishment.

Breaking server rules may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent bans
  • Removal of purchased items without compensation

8. TERMINATION

EssenceSMP reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to the store or server at any time
  • Revoke perks if abuse, exploitation, or rule violations occur

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS
